thought OUT

What is it?

Thought OUT is an all ages, uncensored, queer, discussion group for anyone who wants to express themselves while respecting others in the group.

How does the group work?

The group operates with a Moderator who volunteers to help keep the group on topic and to welcome new members to the group.  When the meeting starts, the moderate greets everyone and gets the group to introduce them selves by saying their first name and discussion what their background is on the topic for the evening.

How are topics Chosen?

Topics are chosen 2 weeks in advance by the group.  This allows the group time to think about it and have some interesting ideas to share.  If a topic resonates well with the group, it also allows us to revisit it while it is still fresh in our minds.

Where do we meet?

Currently we are meeting at the Junction Eatery (not the bar side) at 10242 - 106 street on Saturday Evenings from 7-9 PM. Please check in on our Facebook page for regular updates.

What are the next topics?

Topics may include: relationships, schooling, STI's, coming out, queer movies and books, straight friends, and many more.
